My GOP Ohio source say D turnout in Dem Cuyahoga Co precincts is low and R turnout in R districts there is high.
IN Exits show voters R+7. Was R+5 in 08; R+14 in 04. NC is D+8. Was D +11 in 08; D+1 in 04. If right, split more like 08 than 04.

Some exits are matching the pre-elec polls showing D/R split similar to 08, not 04. If accurate, O wins. But is it accurate?
Because of long lines in Virginia, the state Board of Elections said Tuesday they were delaying vote count reporting until 8 p.m. ET so voters are not "unduly influenced by preliminary results."

While Romney will win West Virginia tonight, Sen. Joe Manchin, a Democrat, will win re-election to his seat in the state, according to CNN projections. Manchin was first elected in 2010 in a special election to replace the late-Sen. Robert Byrd. A moderate Democrat, Manchin declined to attend the Democratic National Convention this year and has distanced himself from President Obama. With the exception of presidential elections, West Virginia typically leans Democratic for statewide elections. Its governor, Earl Ray Tomblin, is also a Democrat.
